FAQ

  • Hammers and Legends wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Hammers and Legends warrants all apparel to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer. We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, or extensive use.

    For returns or exchanges, please try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear clean clothing underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange based on the following requirements:

    All garments that are returned/exchanged items must be new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return. Garments must be returned with original packaging.

    Returns: Garments must not been worn and returned with original packaging and labels in saleable condition within 14 days from date of purchase. You must first contact us at hello@hammerslegends.com and fill out our return form.

    Exchanges: Garments must not been worn and returned with original packaging and labels in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt by postal delivery. You must first contact us at hello@hammerslegends.com and fill out our return form.

    All postage costs for returning items will be at your expense unless there is a factory defect. Please contact us at hello@hammerslegends.com for complete details.

    Notice: Hammers and Legends is void of all responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. Hammers and Legends highly recommends postal insurance and tracking services when sending the items.

    Once we have received the returned products, Hammers and Legends will inspect the garment and follow up accordingly. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed and you will be notified. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

    Please ensure that you refer to our sizing charts for better understanding of fit. Sizing is based on standard North American size charts.

  • Enter in the promotional code to apply to your order. Please note that discounts and promotional pricing cannot be combined. Hammers and Legends has the right to terminate discounts and promotions without notice. 

    If you have inputed a promotional code and there is an error, please feel free to contact us at hello@hammerslegends.com and we will help you with processing your discount.

    Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

    We continually update our website. From time to time, Hammers and Legends may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our website) Additionally, some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.

  • Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of order placement and confirmation.

    Delivery fees are paid by the customer however, Hammers and Legends gladly provides free shipping for purchase over $100 USD for any USD domestic and $200 USD for international purchases.

    The delivery times and costs displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect your shipping charges, and when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day. This information will also appear in your order confirmation email.

    Please note that Hammers and Legends holds the right to change delivery times and shipping costs.

    Promotional items are not available for return or exchange.

  • Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you when we can restock as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.

  • When you place an order on our website we will email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.

    Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the CONFIRM and PAY button.

    Hammers and Legends has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

    Hammers and Legends will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

  • Hammers and Legends reserves the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

    * The product ordered being unavailable from stock

    * Our inability to obtain authorization of payment

    * The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

    * If we suspect any fraudulent activity

    If there are any problems with your order, Hammers and Legends will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

  • We accept Paypal and Major International Credit Cards via Stripe on our website. Credit Cards will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. Please note that all payments are subject to review.

    *Prices are based on the United States currency. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Please note that customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
